I believe that 1 reason more people didn't recognize bitcoin sooner, including many of us, is that it really didn't fit into our tech sequence hierarchy. We know a cure to cancer and azheimers is coming, 4G 5G 6G, IOT, A.I., humanoids, cloning, automous systems and cars etc.

These are all progressions of technology Solving the once thought unsolvable at all, much less expressed as money wasn't on anyone's radar Few understood the problem. Can't appreciate Bitcoin until you begin to understand Fiat Separation of Govt and money creation is "new"

Much like the Head of Church being Head of State 300 years ago was common, or "Royal Bloodlines", how many generations lived without ever questioning that was the way to structure a society? How many of ours never questioned whether the Head of State should be the Head of Money?

And the β€œeconomists” have lied to the public for decades, making the overwhelming majority of the people completely ignorant about money. Most people today know less about money than a stone age farmer.

Very true. We all know the historical record is full of dictators, deception, corruption, self interest, oppression etc Yet how many of us thought, probably not a good idea they can control the money supply we all count on to save our time & labor for the 80 yrs we have to live?

100%. And I see this being the case whenever I talk to someone just getting into it. They approach it like tech and it's quite hard to explain to them what's really going on. They want tech analogies.
